The 5 Reasons That Stop People From Losing Weight
It is said that 60% of the US citizens is not healthy & over-weight one way or the other. Knowing this, most professionals started making all kinds of things to help those who want to lose weight. Tens of thousands of professionals such as nutritionists, trainers, doctors, chemists & others are presently finding new supplements, new tools, new recipies, new theories, new foods, new things to help persons who have this condition solve it easier. Today, having all these workout plans & information available has created it really easy to achieve at getting slimmer, getting in shape or just getting healthier. But, even with all the available information & help, the number of 60% still seems to remain constant. How is this possible ? In this article I am going to write the 5 reasons I think are holding the people back from obtaining their goals and succeding in this area of life and I'm also going to show you the one principle that you need to do to avoid these! So what are stopping some from succeding ? 1. They don't get started. And I believe that is the number one thing why almost everyone don't succeed is because they just don't start doing the stuff that will take them towards their goal. They don't start using a diet, they don't start exercising, they just don't do it. And they pull themselves into this. They use all excuses they can think of. 2. They stop. People in the 2nd category who actually start exercising and eating right can also not achieve their plans simply because they just stop. They try to push themselves too much in the begining and find this whole process too big for them or it is too big of a move for them that a little voice in their mind just says "this is not me", "why am I doing this?", "this is a waste of time", "I'll never suceed", etc. They just aren't used to doing these kind of things and it's a pain for them, so they simply stop and give up. 3. They don't fully commit to it. These are the ones who don't take it real. They just do it to finish it. They may just have half of the program like just exercising without a diet, or just having a diet and not exercising. Or maybe they work out and have a diet, but even though they have a diet, they do not respect it fully, they may skip away or use frequent breakes from exercises just because now they are too tired, or don't have enough time, or whatever other excuse they get creative to find. Of course in the begining you must take it gradually and not push yourself too much, but some persons even after 3 weeks they still have this policy. If they don't use their program fully, then they aren't using that program fully, but a minor sub-program. 4. They make up stupid excuses. People are very good at making up excuses. They are very creative yes. But what most don't get is that all those excuses they develop to stop them from succeeding are actually using up a lot of their energy and time. They don't have time, they are too used up from last time, they aren't in the mood, their favorite movie is up, and a whole lot of other stuff. All these excuses are either abstaining them from starting or abstaining them from continuing usefully or at all. 5. They are badly informed. Well some people are just wrongfully informed. They don't have the correct information in order to achieve and to keep them on track. Thats why everyone should at least teach themselves a bit by getting a manual or talking to experts, physicians, trainers before they start their program. A good information in the begining can be a big help in the long run. Let's face it, if you train by having wrong information then you might potentially hurt your self and then you would need work. Now that you know these 5 stuff that keep people from succeeding you should be more informed and recognize them if they start up in yourself. The number one thing that you must do to avoid all of these is to just TAKE ACTION, and live by this principle everyday, untill you get your goal. Whatever excuse gets to mind, just ignore it coz you don't have time to hear it because you have to TAKE ACTION! Your favorite movie is up and you still haven't exercise ? Work out in face of the TV, jog a bit in place, jump, don't just stand there. Abstain from all the excuses and take action, RIGHT NOW! If you have time to surf in the internet it means you have time to start & take action. Viewing this article is a begining, is informing yourself. But don't stop here! You can go outdoors after this and run a little bit, why not ? Even if it's 11PM at night, so what? Just do it! Don't think about it! You can't stop yourself from ordering too much fast-food ? Well carry less cash in your pocket! You have some injury ? Well workout arround the injury. Having injury doesn't mean you don't exercise at all, it's about creating solutions to your problems. If you can get creative towards your excuses you can also get creative to finding a answer to them. So TAKE ACTION TODAY! Less excuses!
